Here’s What Our Founding Mama’s Have Said…

  • “I try to spend more time thinking about my breathing than I did before, and making sure I'm expanding my ribcage. I love the exercises that Leanne showed us as well. I am trying to stay as mobile as possible during this pregnancy, and doing those exercises and stretches seem to help.”

Tiffany S. (20 weeks pregnant, second pregnancy)

  • “I use breathwork with baby or when breastfeeding, and I pay attention to posture when lifting/handling baby for better pelvic floor health.”

    Sarah C. (Postpartum, 5 months)

  • “Even though I’m long past pregnancy and early motherhood, I found the early modules useful — especially the focus on breath before sleep. I’ve been using that nightly. And I really appreciated the sense of community this course builds.”

    Laura B. (20+ years postpartum)

  • “The course has been very useful. I’m more aware of my breathing now in everyday tasks — and especially before bed. The breath exercises really help me settle down, so I’ve made them part of my bedtime routine.”

Tiffany S. (20 weeks pregnant, second pregnancy)
